But we can also go further with the most Noxious "Christian" Holiday of all..."Christmas".
As for myself? I dont celebrate ANY "religiously Significant" Holiday,but alas..some of you with families and children will have to "Follow the Flock" to avoid scorn in your community.
We have succeeded in removing the "Christ Child" from his hallowed Crech'e..wich now makes that public nativity Scene look absolutally ridiculous,what with That supposed Virgin and her estranged Husband Josef looking at a "bundle of nothing" they dont even pile up some straw and cover it with "Swaddling Clothes its an EMPTY "wooden sticks bassinett" LOL! Ok so wev'e succeeded in "Dumbing Down the christ" aspect of this outragious Xmas Display.
Now we as consumers must do more. During their "Christmas Holiday" if we MUST buy "Presents" to obligatorily Gift each other lets shop ONLY at stores that have taken the CHRIST out of Christmas,you know? Happy Holidays and NOT "Merry Christmas" and let Store management KNOW why we wont buy from them because they are shoving "Christ" in our faces by addressing the holiday as "Merry Christ-Mas" when we could be there picking up gifts for Quanzaa.
There are a few "Other" noxious displays of Christian Holidays as well, that disgusting shocking PINK Easter Bunny in every mall for one such example,seems so comical to me that "Easter" is really a celebration of one Mortal man's Torture and Excecution(Jesus) and yet Christians everywhere tell their toddler-age children it's ALL about Peter Cotton Tail..hopping happily down that Bunny Trail and egg hunts and goodies,yeah RIGHT! while their bloodied and battered Christ lays rotting in a cave,waiting to "be Risen".
Definatly lets all work together to ban public displays of religion,especially CHRISTIAN displays,after all,28% of Americans are not of the christian faith,OUR VOICES will be Heard.
